  • Get pregnant. I've been having nightmares every night. Mostly about zombies and possessed murderous dolls.
  • If you need to dream, tune into Chris Isaak's new show on BIO tv, those dreams are SURE to be sweeeeT!
  • I have fucked up creepy dreams when I take a nap from anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or so. I used to come home from class or practice and catch a little catnap. They always seemed so long and the dreams were very disturbing, surreal, but vague. I can usually remember most of my dreams to extreme detail, but these I couldn't really.
  • i think you kind of have to be half sleeping half awake... i don't know for sure whenever i have a little nap on the couch i seem to have them
  • This will sound weird, but it does work. In the morning (or middle of the night, whichever) wake up and stay up for about an hour. Tool around on ab if that suits your fancy. Then go back to sleep. This greatly improves your chances of having a vivid dream, lucid dream, nightmare, or remembering your dream in the morning. Give it a try! Let me know if this works for you! If not, my mom swears that eating ice cream before she goes to bed gives her nightmares haha
  • Learning to remember your dreams is mostly a matter of training. Write them down, as soon as you wake up. Take some time to stay in the dreamy feeling before you write them down. Even if at first you don't remember anything, then just write that down. Anything you can remember will do as a start. The feeling you woke up with, a color, or really, even nothing. As long as you make a habit out of it you will see that you will remember more and more every day. The best dream rememberance comes when you wake up from REM sleep. If you are so lucky that you don't have to wake up from the alarmclock, you will mostly naturally wake up from REM. (REM = Rapid Eye Movements, and it's the phase in which you have the most vivid dreams.) If you do have to wake up from the alarm clock, then set it about 10 to 15 minutes earlier then you have to wake up. This so you can stay in your bed a bit longer to stay in your dreamfeeling. Also, befopre you go to bed, and preferably also during the day, say to yourself that you want to remember your dreams. The more attention you give to them, the easier it will be to remember them.
