  • Have you ever heard of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? Might be worth a google.
  • Humans sleep in roughly 4hr cycles. This varies from person to person. If you wake up in the middle of a cycle you'll wake up tired. doesn't matter really how many hours you slept.
  • You may be anemic. I would see a Dr and let him give you a blood test to determine if you are.
  • See your GP and get your thyroid gland checked out. You could have an under active thyroid. I felt dreadful for about 18 months - saw my GP - got a blood test, I now take medication (thyroxine) on a daily basis and feel much better. Still a bit of an insomniac though! Good luck :)
