  • No problems so far. I was a long-time customer of WAMU, and I haven't noticed any problems in the current changeover. I've continued to pay my bills online via the WAMU /Chase service. There was never a gap when it didn't work. I'm not saying WAMU was perfect; far from it. But the staff at my local branch are very helpful, for the few times I've had to go in for something. I do nearly everything online.
