i think that anytime a a dentist has to open your mouth and look its bad even if they dont do anything to you

Every experience at the dentist is a living nightmare, I just hate having my mouth clamped open and people poking away at my teeth... Weirdly, though, my fillings have not been as bad as a 'cleaning' I had once where the guy basically scraped away at my gums for about half an hour making my mouth bleed and my eyes water. Down with dentists! I am not going back for another five years.

I had to get a tooth pulled and i wasnt completely numb so when they pulled out the tooth...lets just say it was EXCRUTIATING...they told me i should just feel a little pressure...it was more like someone taking a knife jabbing it into your tooth twisting it and pulling it out...

I had to have a tooth pulled and the dentist didnt let the novicane set so it wasnt numb. talk about pain.

Well after they gave me a numb shot on both my cheecks because i just got my braces off and i had a lot of cavities. .X/ and my cheecks hurt super bad for like 3 weeks after that and i have gotton shots a lot but i don't know why this one hurt after that long...not very fun annnd getting a shot sucks cuz it hurts a lot ;'(

Once I went to the dentist.I told him to remove my milk canine teeth.Instead that idiotic doctor removed my cutting teeth.I told him that"It is not the canine teeth"'.But he told"You keep quiet.You don't know any thing"

Discovering a near total immunity to their anaesthetic when they were trying to cut gum away from wisdom teeth and remove them (in the chair). At one stage I had the nurse's knee in my chest to help keep me down (that wasn't SOO bad...). Took an entire bottle of whiskey later that day to Start the Healing Process!

Well probably when they shoved that needle down my mucil that goes back in your jaw, they told me to stop screaming, i was SCARING the other patients, pshhh felt like i was on hostle

I had a wisdom tooth that was partially impacted and also rather badly infected. Both of which combined to make it hard to properly numb... You know, I had always thought "seeing stars" was just an expression. That day I found out the hard way that it wasn't!

Back in the 70's I went to a dentist, and when he put his fingers in my mouth, I could tell that he had gone to the bathroom, done "Number Two", and had NOT washed his hands. I should have smashed his fingers permanently, but instead I politely told him to go wash his hands, and why. Without saying a word, he walked away, washed his hands, came back and did his work. I never went back. I have had plenty of dental work done, and I can say that all of rest of my experiences have been very good.

having 8 teeth removed on the same day, with fricken "laughing-gas" it DOESN'T work!!!
