Sole and full custody are the same thing. The mother still has some rights to the child unless a court terminated all of her parental rights. To do this she would either have to sign her rights away, or you can ask the court to terminate her rights.
When you marry your wife, do you have to pay her?

You're reading I live in alabama and was awarded sole care custody of my grandchild is there any difference in the custody i have and full custody. his mom abandonded hom and i wander if she has any rights left to the child
