What's a quick and easy way to get rid of that really visible pimple on your face?

Head to the drugstore, pick up a bottle of vitamin E pills. Go home, open up the bottle, grab a pill and a needle. poke the pill and ooz out the vitamin e Gel. Apply the gel directly to the pimple.

If you can't go out, I say, toothpaste. Just on the one zit. I have maybe a million different acne meds but if I'm at a friends, toothpaste.

I hear eucerin cream, I also heard visine can take the redness out of a pimple but that never worked for me.
