No, I just close my eyes and pull the covers over my head!

No. I'm interment with the dark. I'm very comfortable there.

A few times I've sat alone in the dark listening to Dark Ambient.

Why do you fear the dark? What is it about the dark you don't like? I was a shy kid, and if we ever had a blackout or lights off for 'movie time' at school - I loved it. For me it was kind of like that feeling when you put a mask on (random, yes) I felt less 'exposed' I guess - the darkness helped me relax. I'd love to hear more :)
