They are still trying to make the regular moves look real. they are not up to parr to pull off the stunts to make the rest look real.

WWE Divas are there for eye candy/masturbation fodder and to prevent heterosexual guilt from watching half-naked men grapple with one another. As such the WWE wants them to keep them from getting hurt as bruises and scars are not considered sexy by most. Since special matches have higher rates of injury, the divas usually abstain from participating.
