No, it's just some guy made up like an old man, speaking with a silly accent. Too many people are too fast to call foul on something for being offensive, when no offense is intended, or even there. People being offended by nothing is why the PC movement happened, and people stopped being able to say anything without risk of making some crybabys annoyed.
