Probably local. Though I'm active on both levels, I'm simply able to do more locally. Its actually feasible for me to show up at the state legislature, for example, whereas getting to DC presents a bit of a problem.

National and World Politics.

I am more interested in local politics, as that is where I can more directly influence actions which most immediately effect me and my family. We should all, though, take a greater more vocal and strident interest in national politics because the decisions made in Washington are on a much vaster and far reaching scale, and those decisions, right or wrong, are extremely more difficult to remedy. Unfortunately, once Washington makes a blunder it is virtually impossible to rectify.
