take her to see a health specialist, in case it is something serious. If a child is not eating well, this can cause problems, and, because they are small, the problem needs to be addressed immediately.

What kind of smell? Have you tried to find where on her body it's comming from? My son is very picky at eating too but he does not smell. I think you need to find the source, or contact her dr.

it may be constipation, the smell of poo seeps out from there pores,my son went throught the same thing

You might want to take her to the doctor and have them take a look up her nose. If she shoved something up there then it will definitely start to smell after a few days, believe me. If she smells and you can't figure out where it's coming from, she's most likely got something stuffed up her sniffer.

Take your daughter to a doctor immediately! Unpleasant or unusual odors can be a sign of any number of serious metabolic disorders which can lead to mental retardation or even death if left undiagnosed and untreated.

My 3 year old daughter gets body odor under her arms. It isn't abnormal, it's just her body. She's fine. But I DID take her to a doctor to rule out any metabolic disorders or other underlying medical conditions. I'm not a doctor, so I really couldn't take the chance. She loves getting to put on deodorant like mommy and daddy! And it tickles her, too :)
