  • He did know, and He did create them anyway. So, yes, He would. The Bible teaches that He "knows all things". It also says that Jesus was "crucified before the foundations of the earth". God wanted to create one being that honestly had a choice to either serve Him or not. (I thought the following would be a worthy update to my answer) Why? Because God is love, and, therefore, desires that they that love Him, love Him in "spirit and in truth." Without choice, true love is impossible. Even with His knowledge of future events, the very nature of anything in life is known only by that which is in contrast to it. Think of it as letting your child experience life on their own when they've come of age. You can teach your child all the right things, and provide all that they need to live happily, but, ultimately, the tough choices in life are their own to make. Would you take back their lives if you knew they would make a bad decission in the future that would cost you dearly? Or would it not be even a greater example of your love to decide to pay that price long before they blew it?
  • Yes, I think he would have whether he did or if he didn't.
  • God did not create mindless groupies. He created humans and all that implies.
  • If we operate under the assumption that God is omniscient then the question is wrong as our existence proves that He would.
  • if you believe the Bible... in the first chapter of the book of Ephesians, it says that God chose us to be holy before the foundation of the earth. in another word, God knew that we will be unholy and He chose us to be holy before the creation of man. so the answer is Yes, God knows Adam and Eve will disobey for sure and He still chose to create them.
  • Certainly. What parent expects their children to always obey them. But they have them anyway.
  • He probably created Eve to wash Adam's socks and underwear so he wouldn't have to put up with the stink anymore
