Yes I have. My case wasn't anything like what you see on TV or the movies. I lost a day. Remember everything the day before, and everything the day after. That day, (really about 8 hours), was just like my "hard drive" crashed. Then I "rebooted" myself and was ok. I spent about 3 days in the hospital with them making sure I didn't have a small stroke. Haven't had it happen before or since. It was diagnosed as Temporary Global Amnesia. Apparently isn't all that rare but not your everyday happening.
