Yes I have. My case wasn't anything like what you see on TV or the movies.

I lost a day. Remember everything the day before, and everything the day after. That day, (really about 8 hours), was just like my "hard drive" crashed. Then I "rebooted" myself and was ok.

I spent about 3 days in the hospital with them making sure I didn't have a small stroke. Haven't had it happen before or since.

It was diagnosed as Temporary Global Amnesia. Apparently isn't all that rare but not your everyday happening.

  Was on Monterey Fishermans wharf, didn't know who i was or where i was or anything...
  Spooky but kinda cool ...just wandering around trying to figure it all out...
