  • A good way to start, as I am not going to go through the anatomy book with you, is to consider the posture at a desk. There are articles showing the correct posture. This will show you what muscles are used, such as things like your legs, although not used directly for typing, they are still used to support your body whilst doing the task, even sitting down. To prove it, put your hand on your thigh, and move forward then backward.
  • Just off the top of my head, what comes to mind is: Latissimus dorsi, Pectoralis Major, Serratus anterior, Levator scapulae, Rhomboideus major, and minor, Sternocleidomastiod, Trapezius, Deltoid, Teres major, Teres minor, Biceps brachii, Brachialis, Coracobrachialis, Brachioradialis, Pronator teres, Supinator, Flexor carpi radialis, Extensor carpi ulnaris, and I can't think of them, but there are more in the forearm, and the Rotator Cuff. To mention it, I recently had a test on muscles.
