Have you every been on a Jury to judge someone? What kind of case was it? What was the Verdict?

I was called up twice and both times it was settled that morning before it went to court. I was very disappointed because I want to experience the journey of being on a jury. One thing I have to say is that by people settling just before the case is to be seen, it cost the tax payers money. I think it is stupid, with all the time it takes before a case even gets to court it should be settled before the day of.

I was selected to be a juror for a rape trial. We convicted the guy who was accused. It was pretty much a "cut and dry" case.
