It depends if there are fish in the fish tank and if they are well cared for. No fish in fish tank = officially wierd Fish in fish tank not well care for = ick Fish in fish tank well cared for = way cool

I think a fish tank that is nice and clean is cool decor. I may be jumping to conclusions by saying it says a guy has either some classy taste in decor or nurturing instincts. For certain it says he is willing to work a lot harder than me! I can't keep an aquarium very nice. My potted plants are barely getting by.

Wll, I have two cats and try to stay away from stereotypes. Having said that, if a guy has an aquarium, I wouldn't think he is nicer or meaner or anything. I would like the fact that he can hold a responsibility over another living being besides himself. That's a big plus, whether it is a plant (they are hard to keep alive too!) or fish. :)

Its the whole " I live alone so I collect cats for company " thing; I really dont think its a problem until skunks start hangin out with the cats; but they wont spray the person feeding them, just anybody that shows up on the porch.
