When we have the right woman, we stick with her for good because she believes in us, builds us up with her positivity, love, and encouragement. On the other hand, the wrong woman gets dumped b because she stereotypes us as a cheater and liar, is always critical and suspicious. She doesn't believe in her man, so she tears him down with her negativity, instead of building him up.

We'd rather be alone that with her.

there are a small percentage of men that fit that scenario, im blessed that i have one of them. and he agrees with me that most men prefer to JUST USE women and not know them. You should get out more. Just about everybody is against crime, including domestic violence and rape.

I don't need to go through AB. I live in the real world and know that countless millions of men around the world are married. New flash! When men cheat, it's typically with a woman. So, if men are only interested in sex, the same must be true of women. otherwise, they'd have nobody to have sex with.

You should get off the Internet and actually talk to real people.

ha ha, im very social and active. and all but two of my friends are men (real men) University of Phoenix conducted a 3 month nationwide survey last summer. stats said 70% of single men seek sex only, no relationships. 40% of them were open about the fact that they lie when they desire sex from a female who doesnt do casuel sex. Of course there are real men out there, and im a bit spoiled having been surrounded by them my whole life, but they are indeed the few, the proud, and yes, they are Marines!!!!

Once again, there were more husbands that said their wife is a fat bitch, than husbands who had a kind word to say about their wife. the majority valued her solely on her abilty to maintain her adolesent body through child birth.

i didnt say that, you assumed that! I stick with fact based info. If you read my answers on women, i dont hold back on blasting them for their paranoid attitude about porn, about checking their husbands phone records, berating him because an ex called him out of the blue (which he had no control over.) If you have a more valid explanation for why men only figure out that shes not the right one AFTER he has had sex with her once, im willing to listen.

im sure the numbers i gave you ranged between 40 and 70%, i never said anything to indicate all men, now you are just being dramatic about it. i have repeatedv used national stats and the word "many" not all. but as usual, because i have pointed out that using women is a form of abuse, and many men engage in it, im being called a man hater. why? becasue if men had to accept it as abuse, they would be compelled to stop doing it, and they dont want to stop using women for sex only.

neither one responded because there is no way to justify it as anything more than usage. I am sorry, but if at 7pm, he is saying he has always wished for a woman like her, and at 7am, he gives her a bum phone number, he didn't have a sudden dawning, he INTENDED to use her, and emotionally abuse her. Although, these men are in agreement, they are coming from two different points of view. I think Indigo genuinely believes you are wrong, which you are not. I also feel that Vazzini knows you are right, and that is why he is trying so hard to make you look bad; if i know you, you already had that one figured out. Just let it go.

lol...indeed, I did! I am not in the least concerned with their allegations. i included stat info and my opinion of womens short comings, AND I offered an opportunity for them to give an alternate explanation for the "change of heart" scenerio, and both blew it off with no respense, because there is no other explanation. we are both accustomed to name calling and personal allegations as a result of our field of expertise. the reality of behavioral science isnt fun for most.

I would love to see the peer reviewed, unbiased study with reliable data that proves beyond doubt that 70% of men have no interest in a relationship but rather only want one night stand-type sex from women, and that only Marines are not predatory sex crazed animals.

I'm certain your study must include interviews of 100,000 (or more) adult males over several years, not just a few hundred high school or college kids over a weekend. No doubt they were careful to select from all nationalities, states, ethnicities, socioeconomic classes, and the broadest possible demographic.

I look forward to reviewing the data.

well, I guess she wasn't exaggerating about the drama. She never said anything about sex crazed predators, just more drama. the studies were conducted nationally by 12 groups of psych's. the demos included 6 age brackets from 22 to 65, and 5 econimic groups, the ethnicities were divided to account for their own % of US population. and yes, 70% of single men did say they were seeking sex only. there is even a new question on AB tonight about this same issue. men seeking sex only. What she didn't mention, was that the number two complaint of married men was that they cannot have sex with other women. the number one complaint was changes in her body after child birth.

I was not on the project, but the head of the psych dept at my facilty was, and i have seen the study. it will be published this summer for the review of all, but most of the psych field has seen at least some portion it. If you have an explanation to the change of heart, please enlighten us with your knowledge.

I said not until this summer, I cannot control the release date. however, smaller scale studies can be found at psych websites online, and will show close to the same results. Anyone of you a taker on explaining the change of heart? c'mon, 7pm, shes the greatest, after sex at 7am, bum phone number? Show me at least an attempt. it happens in real life, 100,000's of times per week, and as men, you all know it does. gimme an answer.

That sounds like survey not a scientific study, which demands controls over years, and a preferred minimum of 150,000 if you want a broad demographic. Studies provide reliable data. Surveys can be and are often manipulated to provide the desired biased results. What you describe sounds like a biased NOW type survey, specifically designed to malign males.

Men and women are equally good and equally bad. That is a basic human fact that most people accept, except those who just dislike men.

If you asked her for the good in both, she will gladly tell you, but the controversy is over her answer that men hate committed relationships, and agreat many of them do. but because she spoke out against a certain type of male behavior, you attacked her. now, chnage of heart scenerio, a man at 7pm is telling a woman she is beautiful, he has always wanted to be with someone like her (all the usual lines) he has sex with her, and in the morning, gives her a bum phone number. according to vazzini, he just hasnt found the right one yet and ALL women just put men down and drain the life from them (more drama). why didnt he figure that out before he had sex with her, and why did he lie in order to get sex from her. if men dont use women for sex, explain his actions.

To Bryce - a man lying to a woman to get sex and another man just not wanting a committed relationship YET are not the same thing. You two are equating a 25 year old who just graduated with $150K in student loans not wanting a committed relationship with the drunk 40 year old with STDs who wants a one night stand. If take just 3 months and poll thousands of near college age single men (especially in the summer), OF COURSE they don't want a committed relationship, and OF COURSE they want unattached sex. You are including a demographic where you already know the answers - which is partial proof that they were looking for those answers.

What Vazzini was simply saying is, men love women and want to (at some point) be in a committed relationship, just not with ANY woman. You are equating a man being selective with your change of heart scenario. To state what is obvious to most people: those aren't the same thing.

Vazzini never said men never use women or that women never use men, we and they do. Nor did he say that ALL women do anything. (Those are your words.) What Tellitlikitis basically said is that 70% of men live that change of heart scenario, that that's all they want out of life. That not true and that's all he argued against. But, when she insisted then he concluded, and I agreed (having read some of her other answers too) that she just has a problem with men.

Women who truly love men don't think like she does. People who are balanced and reasonable don't think that way. People who need a better set of associates or who have been scarred by bad experiences might think that way.

She is one of THE most negative ABer that I have read when it comes to men. She must have had some horrible experience like a bad marriage or been a victim of a user and now blames the rest of us for whatever bad things happened to her.

We're quite different. I get all the sex I want way easier than you can. I never have to settle for anything less than sleeping with a very beautiful woman who loves and respect me. All I have to do is go to bed every night. It can't get any easier.

Think about it, all the sex a guy could want without ever worrying baby mama drama, child support, AIDS, Hepatitis, genital warts, or other nasty stuff people who sleep around get. She takes care of me and will gladly hand over her paycheck if I need it. I think I've got a pretty good deal.

Men who live like me (the majority of men) are happier, have more sex, and live longer.

I do have a wife. We separated six weeks ago after 4 years of pretty happy marriage. Our separation has nothing to do with living like a sex crazed animal.

On February 11th, I asked a question about separating from my wife, and have made many answers since then referring to my separation and the reason for it. You can't get unmarried in a few weeks.
