"No" is a relational. It points to something belonging to another - Natsu no hi. Summer (natsu) day (hi) - Translates to a summer day. Also in Hiroshima, Okayama, and Yamaguchi, the dialect uses no at the end of phrases similarly to how some people use "you see" in English. So de no. "Because it's so".
