Is it just me or is checks and balances being ignored? the g20 made decisions that effect everyone without ANY deliberation.

The G-20 economic summit conference in London was only a top level discussion of economic problems. As a group, they have no ability to create or pass laws. It's all just talk and politicians love to talk.

It's you. They did deliberate at the g20. In fact, they make decisions at every single summit. Those decisions may be on global economic policy or they may be decisions on when and where to meet again. And guess what, the deliberate every time. Now, you may not know how your government works. I am not aware of any treaties signed by Obama - but even if he signed 100 of them (something he is well within his right as president to do, BTW) they would all have to go back to Congress for ratification. So, it's just you and your ignorance at how things work.
