I've had a few bosses that demanded creative input and then took credit for my ideas. It was frustrating to work so hard without any incentive or hope of advancement. On the flip, they were both so lazy that I wrote my own letters of recommendation (at their request) when I left the positions, in which I gave myself credit for all of my own ideas and included everything in my portfolio.
