get a hold of your local la leche league, or maternity support services. they have lactation consultants that will set you up. they really want women to breastfeed so I am sure they'll be anxious to help
No problem, they will make milk again as long as you stimulate your nipples regularly. Get her to suckel as often as possible and self stimulate or get your husband to help when she is not interested.
The regular nipple stimulation is what does it. Also try the Marmet technique.

There is a medication you can get from your doctor than will make you start producing milk. Even if you havent had children before. It's good for people who adopt children who want to breastfeed, you have to make sure you pump often until the milk comes in, and when it has offer it to your baby, it will take time for her to get used to it, and it may be frustrating but keep trying, and until she does start to breastfeed again, you must keep pumping.
There are lots of things you can do, also keep in mind you milk wouldn't totally dry up until about 45 days after the last latch, and baby ususaly gets more than we know.

You're reading My milk dried up,because my daughter had too weak of a lach! But now I'd like to try and brestfeed her again or at least offer it to her in a bottle or sippy,because it's so good for her. How can i make myself lactate again?
