I do recall a guy in an Auckland hospital once.. He came in to try and get a large mole removed from his forehead.. The Junior doctor paged me and said " We've a guy in A&E who would like us to put a face on his mole! and he wanted a senior doctor to have a look!" I did think he was being very rude making comments like that and I did intend to get him disciplined over it. When I went into A&E, there was a man aged about fifty with a mole which was around five inches across and two inches high on his forehead. My first worry was that it may have been a skin cancer but after doing a minor investigation it was just a wart! We did then use liquid nitrogen to cure it..Such was it's size that I was worried that after we had done it, not enough normal skin would be left to cover the area.? He did require a minor skin graft a few weeks later..and when we tried the normal place for a small area of skin, we found a cluster of more than a couple of hundred warts on his buttocks as well.

Several, when I was much younger. It's no big deal. The doctor basically numbs and freezes the area and scrapes it off.

Yes, three; All pre-cancerous on the crown of my head.

Yes! I had one removed from my left shoulder, it had turned purple in colour, so my doctor advised me to have it taken off as a precaution, he did it himself about an hour after my consultation, it bled like hell but was eventually cauterised to stop the bleeding, they also put about three small stitches in it to pull the skin together, it was all healed after bout a week, no problems & this was about five years ago! :-/

Yes, when I was 15, one was removed from my armpit.

I've got small one above my ass cheek/lower back and my ex-girlfriend scratched it off. Well, not off, but it was a painful partial removal.
-
Yes, I've had several removed. They were on my back so I didn't get to watch the procedure. They used a local anesthetic for a large one and it was virtually painless. The only thing that was a little weird was that it smelled like BBQ steak on the grill, while they were cutting them off.
-
No. These days I'm farming them. Must have 120.

Yes, I had one on my chest that the doctor said should be removed just in case, and I also disliked it because it was big. The dermatologist numbed my chest and shaved off the mole i guess? I don't know I didn't watch. Anyways, apparently they weren't supposed to do that and now I have a keloid (a raised scar on my chest) and I'm trying to get rid of it. So just FYI if you're going to get a mole removed, make sure the dermatologist knows what they're doing...
