Only in special and rare occasions My ex was adopted and was supposed to be adopeted with her brother. She did not learn she had a brother until she was in her 30's. She then learned she also had two full blood sisters. What was unreal is she drove city bus in her town and her birth mother rode her bus often and knew she was her child but never said anything.
