I am five feet and zero inches tall, is that considered very short, or just short? I am female.

You don't have a thing to worry about :) just think of youself as a "Pocket Rocket" because as they sat the BEST things come in tiny packages :D (BTW i'm 4' 11" tall and female)

I found this information (assuming you are a white American female): How tall are the national average height of women in America? The average female American womens height is 163 to164 cm, which is approximately 64.2 to 64.6 inches, which is approximately 5 foot - 5 inches tall. (for white females*).

It's very short. I'd say short is around 5' 3" and lower. But there is nothing wrong with being short.

Being short is not a bad thing for girls. So while you're below the national average for height, it is nothing to feel bad about.

That's pretty short. My sister is five one & I'm five eight & seem to tower over her. Her daughter is eleven & is almost as tall as her.

dont worry my cousin who is a female is 4feet ll inches and she is 23 and stopped growing if you dont have genes to be tall then be happy with the height you are some guys like shorter girls too lol

your 25 it's ok because every generation is taller than before, so I might be slightly taller than u bt someone younger than me is like a giant relative to me! I was so shocked when my friends youngest sister is almost her height and her middle sister has surpassed her in height! I known them since a young age and I would never have thought that even the youngest sister would be as tall as the oldest!

Yeah, we're pretty short. If you stand up straight, though, we can appear taller than slouching 5'3 people. ^_^

I'm sorta short,too,but not so short.5feet 2 inches and 3/4 inches tall,almost,but not quite 5'3.It sucks,because in my 'Growth Spurt',I only grew 2 inches from age 13 until 21.I had and unexpected growth spurt at 22.A whole 3/4 of an inch.haha.Just a personal thing,I have a cousin who is 4 feet 11 inches tall,before she had her baby,she was 4 feet 10 inches tall.I know about short,even though I'm not terribly so,but not tall enough to be classified as 'average',either.Not that big of a deal for us women,I guess.???*
