  • Carrot juice, seaweed, fruits, yogurt, cereal, nuts, frozen berries, cilantro & parsley, cottage cheese, eggs, milk, bread. Then, I throw everything into a blender and drink it--well, almost everything.

  • Organic pine-nuts, organic flowerseeds, pumkin seeds, seaweed, cilantro, organic Dikon, organic sesame seeds, currants, adzuki beans, plum vinegar, Nema Shoyu, Brown Lentils, Brown rice, garbanzo Chickapeas, Kuzu Root starch, Sea salt, Kelp, Dulse, Wakame, Nori, Miso mayo, Umeboshi, sweet white miso, organic carrots, celery and organic apples......changing my lifestlye.....not a diet....just a new way to eat. So no longer will you see....ice cream, chips, pepsi, lunch meats, bacon, eggs, frozen vegetables, sugar, salt...hamburger meat, cool whip and all that other yummy stuff that's really bad for us all.... Microbiotics....is the new way that I have chosen to eat....the food is so delicious....I couldn't believe that it had that much flavor and it is so so good for me.
