OOh disaster waiting to happen lol. But you can get a water trampoline for the lake, my friends have one here and its super fun.

i find it an interesting idea... but what i would prefer is a swimming pool surrounded by trampolines - so you can bounce all around the edge of the pool, then, when you have enough impetus, do a fantastic somersault into the pool. In fact, I would like to see an olympic sport which combines synchronised trampolining with synchronised diving and synchronised swimming!
