You have PAIN on a "Sprained" ankel from three months ago and need to ASK if you should go see the doctor again .... OMG ..YES: go back and see the doctor !!! Something is still obviously WRONG !!

First I am VERY sorry about your injury. But as for the question, have you tried the R.I.C.E Procedure? R=Rest.I=Ice {I mean stick your bad foot in a thing of ice, it is going to be a little painful, but it could help}. C=Compress. E=Elvate*{Foot Above your heart.....}. But if this pain continues I suggest you do see a foot doctor. Hope I Helped! Have A Great Day! -Love Oie *I have no clue to spell this word.

It wouldn't hurt to see your doctor again, but honestly, it will probably hurt a bit from time to time for years. I sprained my ankle very badly almost 30 years ago, and it is still weaker than the other one and has some twinges if I use it just wrong.

nope. a bad sprain can take almost a year to be 100% healed. As long as you are able to do normal activity then you are on the normal track.

Have you tried a muscle relaxer like Soma or a pain relief medication? I know you can go to www.PurchaseCheapSoma.net and order muscle relaxers and pain relief medications without a prior prescription or insurance as they have online U.S. licensed doctors and pharmacies to review, issue and ship your medication order. They use the same FDA approved medications as your local pharmacy but cheaper and save money on a doctor visit. Good luck!

I sprained my ankles many times as a child, and to this day they hurt when in one position for too long. Seeing your doctor isn't a bad idea, but in my experience a sprained ankle will always give one trouble.
