It is MANY possible things: ign. module; throttle position sensor; idle air control valve; fuel pump relay; et al. 1st step is to scan the computer. This MAY lead you in the proper direction.

My high beams on my 2003 ford explorer are stuck on when the ignition is off!! Any idea what could be wrong? had to pull the fuse!
