Use some music that you like dancing to.
I'd use the classic Joe Cocker - "you can leave your hat on" or some Prince.

Start by just walking around to the music (and yes, play it loud), so you get in to the groove of it.

Gerrik's tips are really good. I can only add the spreading your fingers when you touch self downwards and collect them again going back up (legs particularly)

Christina aguilera dirrty! its fab for dancing and stripping to. start by dressing in clothes that are easy to get off quickly. You also need to make sure you time the strip and dance to the end of the music, you dont want to be still half dressed and the music finished. Start with him sitting on a chair in the centre of a large room.... give yourself plenty of room for moving around the chair. have your back facing him when the music starts for a few secs, start to slowly open your buttons while turning your head round to look at him... make eye contact, then slide the clothes off one shoulder, turn around face him and open a few more buttons while your seductively dancing, run your hands up and down your body caressing yourself the whole time, then turn around with your back to him and reveal the other shoulder undo the final buttons and lose that top by seducively giving it a swing into the air. always try to wear hotpants or a skirt with long boots or high heels.... never take the footwear off the rest will come to you. It is easy. I done it for a strangers birthday party and got paid £90 for 4 mins work... not bad! and it was in front of 120 people. Just relax, once the music starts all your fears will go away. It helps to have the music quite loud too. Good luck
