  • Consider whether or not she is having a stressful week at work or there are other things going on in life that are bothering her. If you have children that were brought into the marriage already, consider if she is stressed because of taking on the bulk of the responsibility of caring for children and working. Do you help with much of the household responsibilities or do you leave it all up to her? If its none of those things, consider your approach-women take a longer time to 'warm up' to the idea of having sex than men. If you just try to go at it without any foreplay the results will not be good. Either way, realize that sex will probably not be the same as before you were in a long term relationship. You will have off&on weeks. If you are looking for that sex that you had in the early stages of the relationship--well, life steps in and its impossible to have sex everyday, what with our schedules, etc. Will it ruin your marriage? Only if you married her for sex alone. Yes, sex is an important part of a relationship, no denying that, but if you truly love her, a week off of sex (or even two weeks) will not break your relationship. Case in point--I have been with my boyfriend for two years and I am currently doing a 1.5 year teaching program in San Antonio and will return to CA next year. It is only a two hour plane ride, but we see each other every three mos. because of our schedules. Obviously we aren't having crazy sex--but I love him for him--not the fact that he's got something swinging between his legs. BTW, If she truly is not feeling well, give her the space and time she needs to rest--I for one, have been sick/ not feeling well before and told my boyfriend this, and felt like I was completely ignored regarding my disinterest in sex because of it. That is a complete turn off. The important thing is to talk to her and voice your concerns and ask how both of you might make things better. Communication is important, too.
  • If I have a headache sex helps it..the blood goes to the south part of the body.
