You meet her eyes from across the room, each time you look, she is looking back. Could this be some sort of attraction of two people recognising there is a connection going on here?

I did this at a little country pub. She was on stage playing the violin. The way she was looking at me, I knew this was pure love. We kept this up until halftime when her friend led her away from the stage.

Most people interpret a high level of eye contact as a positive sign. We tend to look at people we like. In your cas,it could be a kind of attraction or maybe she looks back at you trying to figure out why you are looking at her :)

Of course it is, go ask him/her out. Eye contact is a way a woman says "come hither". Or she could just be very confident. I look everyone in the eyes. But give it a chance if you don't you will never know.
