Do courts take into consideration undiagnosed mental illness as a reason one continues to get in legal trouble when making a judgment?

    They shouldn't. The courts are not doctors, and should not take into account illnesses of any sort unless they have been properly attested to be the relevant experts - i.e. doctors.
