What's niggeritis?

It sounds very racist.

Niggeritis is the feeling of fatigue you experience after eating a large amount of food. The fatigue experienced leaves the "afflicted" person with the desire to sleep. Although people of all races experience this from time to time, it is more explicitly addressed in the black community, hence the term "niggeritis". The "itis" suffix of the word serves to classify it as if it were a medical condition, (i.e. sinusitis, bronchitis, etc.), whether it be a fictional condition or not. It is also sometimes called "ethnic fatigue" for those who like to be "politically correct".

It's when a black person feels tired after they eat.

This means that after a good meal, you have two good options: either you take a rest or you do some exercise (walk 1000 steps).
