Why are so many people on Yahoo! Answers so weird?

It attracts idiots, you have to be 13+ to use the site, yet kids will openly admit to being below that age, and are somehow surprised when they are suspended, its sheer size attracts trolls like you wouldn't believe, not so much the humorous kind anymore more the kind that tries to being shocking, but all they can really do is make a few sexual remarks and swear a lot, not really shocking just stupid really, another reason could simply be the anonymity of posting on the web, might encourage people to say things they otherwise wouldn't.

theyre all over the internet... but one thing i hate about yahoo answers people is.. they answer question wich they dont know the answer to... wich is annoying.. and different from here... the questions there dont really have many answers... ex. on person asked where she could see an episode she missed on TV... the answers she got were 2... 1. on TV 2. youtube.. well.... not good answers... since they werent on youtube and they werent shown on TV... and she added to the question not TV or youtube.... she didnt get anymore answers... well yeh....sumthin
