If you are anticipating that daily business in Argentina would be conducted in English because the company is owned by an American/British/Canadian company, you will probably be disappointed. To answer the question as you asked it, first get a job with a company (that has Argentine offices) here in the USA. Make your skills in business management outstanding and learn to speak Spanish like a native. Then make known your desire to work at the Argentine office. If this does not get you transferred then save your money and take a long vacation to Argentina. While there apply for jobs in your specialty and push for an interview before you must leave. This last method is how I landed a job in Germany a long time ago. That was an American company with offices in many major world cities. That office staff spoke German and English primarily as well as many other languages.
