Some people are just idiots and dont give a damn if they bother other people. I usually pick up my cell and start having a argument with someone, (who is not there) and start yelling so I dusturb them also. They usually hang up & leave.

No, but I certainly wish I had the courage to. I just gave her a few dirty looks and put my hand over the ear nearest to her. I think she was showing off that she had a mobile phone. She also had one of those grating voices. I was sitting on the bus and moved away from her as soon as I could. I hope that gave her a hint. Thank goodness, she hasn't been on the same bus since.
