Yes but not in the Garden of Eden. Because they were already out of the Garden of Eden from God. Adam and Eve had 3 sons. The first 2 being Cain and Abel. Cain later killed his brother Abel, and then they had another son Seth. Whom God gave to replace Abel. You will find out more in the book of Genesis chapter 4.

According to the Talmud, Adam and Eve were created on Friday afternoon (the animals were created in the morning) and they ate the Forbidden Fruit before sunset. They would have been ejected from the Garden immediately, but G-d allowed them to stay until after the Sabbath. The Torah is clear that Eve was cursed after the Sin with difficult pregnancies and the pain of childbirth. Part of that difficulty includes a nine-month gestation. Before the Sin, G-d allowed conception, pregnancy and birth to happen painlessly in a matter of hours. If that's the case, it is likely that Cain and Abel were born on the first day of Adam and Eve's life (imagine sharing a birthdate with your kids!) i.e. while they were still in the Garden. Kabbalah says that Adam and Eve sinned by not waiting for the Sabbath before conceiving children. Had they waited, their children would have been righteous (the holiness of the Sabbath would have rubbed off on them). Since they didn't wait, their children were born with normal human weaknesses, like Cain's jealousy that later led him to kill his own brother. So, Kabblah maintains that they were born in the Garden.

No, the stork, for whom there is biblical support, was unavailable until after the fall due to one of many scheduling mix-ups in the Bible.

No...because they were 'innocent' of knowledge of sex, nudity, any sin.....the Almighty told them to go forth and multiply 'after' HE had banished them from Paradise....

Is it really any of our business when or where they did it? Maybe a little privacy is in order.

Hard to say if they had children before the fall or not it was after the fall God said Eve would have pain delivering children. We are told of only 3 children Eve had but the chances are very good she had others as well both boys and girls. The population had to start somewhere and she was the only woman around since there were only 3 males at any one time spoken of.
