I have an old english bulldog had him eyes are always watering and it looks like his 3rd eye lid is coving his eye, what is this

    It sounds like entropy. At any rate, it isn't going to get better. The damage is done, so you need to take him to the vet. The vet will put a stitch or two (rarely three) to lift the lid back into place. Please know that just because the procedure is a simple one, the pain to the dog is much worse. Please don't wait.
