I have never heard of this company but I also am registered at Career Builder. Did you register for a position at at financial services company at Career Builder? If not, then it is suspicious. Did the notification address you by name or "Dear Subscriber"? Check out the company's website. I also get "offers" for positions at companies I've never heard of but instead of a resume, the emails ask for personal information such as full name, phone number, address, birth date and that I know is not what an employer needs to know first.
