Oh yes. I didn't think it was possible until I tried it (well until my Dom cuffed my hands behind my back and fingered my nipples until I came) ;) It was amaaazing. My nipples are extremely sensitive and there's a thin line between pleasure and pain with them (razor sharp sensation) but the right pressure and stimulation was mind blowing. When I came like that, there wasn't any clitoral/vaginal stimulation either. But the sensations from the nipples went straight down between my legs, it felt like there was a string attaching them and it was being pulled lol.
