I've read practically all of Tolkien's work. Regarding the "biggies" though: I've only read "The Hobbit" once. I've read "The Lord of the Rings" 4 or 5 times. I've read "The Silmarillion" at least 1-3 times a year since I first acquired it 32 years ago (I have a first edition that I bought the day it was released). That would mean that I've read it at least 32 times, but it's actually probably closer to 64 or more. ;) Yeah, I like it a LOT!

I read the Lord of the rings 14 times by the time I was 13. My dad gave it to me because he thought it'd be good for me. Best book he ever gave me. I read the hobbit about 4 times. I read the silmarillian about 6 times but it was my favourite.

I've be reading Hobbit, LOR & Simmarillion for years. They are all classics & I have introduced my youngest son to them. He now loves them as well, although we disagree about the movies - he likes them & I don't.
