  • I'm afraid it's business as usual, as most Associations lack a whole lot of interest. I don't know about your Association, but I know for a fact that it isn't NECESSARILY an unethical situation or a power monopoly bid.
  • Special elections requirements will be addressed in the body of the HOA. Most are posted online, get a copy and read up.
  • Read the by-laws of the HOA to see if 'board members' will be elected or appointed..
  • Yes, have them as soon as possible...but you can also ask people of interest, then vote them on. Make sure you tell the community of what is going on and remain transparent about the situation. Don't upset the people who resigned, there is a personal one. But if it is a disagreement, fix the problem first, don't bring people onto a problem board. It's not fair.
