Nope. If they can get away with a $50 cover, it must be hugely popular (meaning crowded) I'm not big on crowds.

Hell no. I wouldn't go to a night club that had a $3 cover charge. So many places around here are free.

Well, the after hours club here in Boston always charges that on Pride weekend, they can't even serve booze, and the line is always 2 blocks long. But I'm told the real reason for that is the owners pay guys with a certain 'look' to start forming a line around midnight, and it just spirals out of control after that.

I don't think any club is worth that much! Once my friends and I went to a club and it was $30 for 3 of us. Then we saw that they had a VIP room!! I figure if you pay $10 to get into a joint, you should be a VIP. I guess it had a rep for being cool because visiting movie stars went in there. It wasn't worth it. I'm glad that I didn't pay that time. The place I went to for free was MUCH more fun and local musicians used to hang out there, if you're looking for famous or semi-famous people.

The higest I ever paid was back in my 30's ... Paid $25 to get in .... Anymore I don't do night clubs and IF I did .... I would not even pay the $25 , much less $50.00 .

Nope.....It would be rare to see me at a night club period.....but I do have FREE VIP tonight.

Sure, to pick someone up outside. I sure as hell wouldn't be paying to go inside. Screw that, it's easier to get laid at a trashy bar anyway. ;)

Sure I would If I could afford it If the entertainment were excellent If the food were fantastic If a group of friends were with us But an ordinary night club with ordinary entertainment and ordinary food and just the two of us? No way! Happy Saturday! :)
