The Open University in Britain has an excellent reputation, and its MBA is particularly well regarded. I used to work in a British university and I have always been impressed with the quality of their course materials relevant to the subjects that I myself taught. The main disadvantage of being a student is that you have to cram a year's partying into the single week of the residential summer school that most students have to attend.
