If you have to go pee a lot even if you drink water (Even if i don't drink anything i usually have to go pee within an hour or so) what might the doctor test for to see what may be wrong?

Drinking water induces urination. We would need more information to accurately answer this question.

I haven't ever seen any site that says exactly what a lot might be. Your doctor will have you take a blood test and a urine test. He will be able to get some clues from that as well as from a complete examination and discussing any other symptoms you might have.

Diabetes is one thing. It's far more likely it is just a urinary infection or something like that though.
