  • Whose definition of "True Christian" do you mean?
  • What is a "TRUE" Christian?!
  • Who on earth marked me down for asking this question??
  • I became a Christian because I was tired of being depressed and was searching for peace. I couldn't stand the way I was living and I was tired of not feeling like I had a purpose. I gave my life to Christ after going to church for 1 1/2 yrs, and I am so happy I did. Christ is amazing and I am glad to call my self a Christian and really mean it. I'll stand up for Christ no matter what. I will get hurt, scraped, and I will bleed, but I will fight until my last breath!!! I became a Christian because Christ gave His own life for me! God sacrificed His Son for me to show His amazing love! Why wouldn't I not want to be one?!?
  • I grew up in Religion and wanted a personal relationship with Christ. I received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in 2003 with the evidence of speaking in tongues. I would never go back to religion but I love my relationship with God. God Bless you all!
  • The Holy Spirit and the Word of God brought me to repentence and faith and trust in Christ. God opened my eyes and brought me to the realization of my sinful condition and of what He did when He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to bleed and die for me on the cross. His Word and His Spirit then converted me to the living Christ and I was saved. I became born-again and I gave my life to Jesus, the One who gave me life in the first place. -In the service of the Master. Thank you and God bless you!
  • Because I have found nothing but happiness, truth, and wisdom in it. My life has been a litte bumpy, but God always smoothes that trail for me. Praise be unto Him.
  • I did not mark you down and i won't. You have a right to ask this. What i do wonder is how do you specifically define "true christian"? Please don't say something like "as defined in the bible" because we have thousands of fractions of christianity with radically different beliefs who consider themselves "true christians". They ALL claim to derive their concept from the bible. If simply "looking it up in the bible" gave us all the same conclusions, there would be significantly less division in christianity throughout history.
  • There is no such thing as a "true" christian.
