  • Good question...theres no alcohol in it therefore no age limit.
  • In the US non-alcoholic beer can be sold to under 21's providing there is less than 1/2 of 1 percent alcohol by volume in the product. It's worth mentioning that a business may decide not to sell the product to under 21's by it's own policy and can legally do this because non-alcoholic beer is not regulated by the liqour control board.
  • 21 in the U.S., because non-alchoholic beer still contains small amounts of alcohol.
  • In Texas and probably all the other states, there is no age requirement to buy "non-alcoholic" beer because it doesn't have enough alcohol content to be considered an alcoholic beverage. Therefore, it is not regulated by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission or Liquor Control Board so it's perfectly legal for anyone to buy. Why you'd want to is beyond me...
