I think there maybe some truth in that. What you eat determines the illnesses that you can suffer from which can alter personality and temperament. You just have to look at diabetics before they are diagnosed. Many suffer from personality changes. The same with vitamin deficiencies. Fast food eaters become unhealthy over time like the food they eat, full of fat and lacking in vitamins. So, yes, I would say that was a fairly accurate statement

"Personality"- I think only the physical personality makes a difference. Not the inner standard of thoughts and character. Those who eat meat are generally known to have a stronger build-up. Except for that I don't think it makes much difference.

I think that vegetarians are mellower people in general than meat eaters. Much less stressed in general. That's what I've seen, anyway.
