What image comes to mind when you hear "criminal injury claims" Ie if you went on a site where you could make a comensation claim after abuse orbeing mugged what would be a good ad image

I'd go for a helpless and injured person (old man with a broken arm, pregnant woman with a black eye, etc.) sitting at a table with a very concerned man in a suit. The important thing is to visually frame "We're here for you when things are at there worst." Probably use a fade to black background around the pair in a circle around them. If you only use one face, follow two rules: use the face of the "man in a suit," and have his eyes pointed towards the logo, phone number, etc.
