If Christianity says it is a sin to but bad things inside you (tobbacco, marijuana, cocaine) because your body is a temple, then why did God plant it on the erarth Himself?

I am not Christian, or even a theist, but I can answer your question. Many things can and are changed into something else, when people learn how. Witness the lowly mold, which can kill you when used incorrectly, transforms into penicillin, a miracle drug.

Anything can be bad for you if abused. Marijuana can be used medicinally, as can cocaine. Tobacco is a natural pesticide. It all depends on how you use it and how much.

You could also ask, "Hey, why is that there if I can abuse it?" Well that's your choice. We're the ones who come up with these drugs, not God. Some things can also be used for good, you know, and maybe that was their ideal purpose?

Those naturally occuring things were not meant to be burned and inhaled.... A sane person would run out of a burning building to avoid the smoke... only a fool would stay in and willfully inhale. The leaves could be food for animals.

Marijuana is made from the dried leaves and flowering tops of the hemp plant, which provides useful fibers for making rope and cloth. Tobacco leaves, abused by smokers, can also be used in making disinfectants and insecticides. Regarding many of earth’s resources, much is yet to be learned as to how they can be beneficially employed. Even weeds are beneficial in preventing erosion and providing mulch when soil is not under cultivation.

He planted his stash here. Then made humans fear smoke so they wouldn't go near it. He didn't count on our extremely stubborn nature.

Look at all the salt water in the oceans that he made. I would not drink it. I had three sons, all grown now, sounds like something my oldest would say. Read the surgeon generals report on the side of the pack of cigarettes or ask your doctor if he has any photos of lungs of people who have been smoking for most of their lives. Think about it son. No disrespect intended.

I am atheist so i will try to answer it the most objective way possible. I don't think your god made them to be abused, rather used. Both of these natural drugs have medical uses.
